What is College Town Tours?
College Town Tours offers guided walking tours designed for incoming/prospective college students and their families to explore the local community surrounding campus. Our tours are led by current students or alumni who provide insider knowledge of the best restaurants, hangouts, and landmarks that make the college town special.

Where are you located?
We are based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serving the University of Arkansas community.

What types of tours do you offer?
We currently offer two tour options:
- Walking Tour – $25 per person (approx. 1.5-2 hours)
- Custom Tour- Contact for details
* E-Bike Tour – $75 per person (approx. 2–3 hours) --- COMING SOON!
All tours include a mix of campus views, local dining stops, and cultural highlights.​

Are minors allowed to participate?
Yes, participants under 18 are welcome with a signed parental consent form. Children under 10 years of age are free.

What should I bring with me?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and your phone or camera for photos as well as your sense of adventure!

How long are the tours?
Walking tours lasts between 1.5-2 hours, depending on the type of tour and group size. We build in time for short breaks, food stops, and photo opportunities.

What happens if it rains?
Tours continue in light rain, but we may reschedule or refund in cases of severe weather. Guests will be notified as early as possible if conditions require a change.

Do you offer group or private tours?
Yes! We offer group rates and custom tour options for families, student organizations, and visiting alumni. Reach out through our contact page to arrange a private or themed group experience.

Are there any safety measures in place?
Absolutely. All participants sign a liability waiver and receive a safety briefing before departure. Tours are guided and at a leisurely pace and led by trained guides. The tours take place on public sidewalks and walkways.
Can parents or family members join the tour?
Of course! Our tours are designed for both students and their families — it’s a great way for parents to get to know the community their student will soon call home.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial fee.

Who leads the tours?
All tours are led by trained current University of Arkansas students or Alumni who know the campus and local area firsthand. They share real insights into student life, traditions, and hidden gems around town.
