By using our website and booking a tour with College Town Tours, you agree to the following terms:

1. You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour. Minors over 14 years of age may participate with parent or guardian consent.

2. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including allergies and emergency contacts.

3. You understand that our tours may involve riding an electric bike or walking, and stopping at locations that       serve food or beverages.

4. You agree to follow all safety instructions and wear appropriate gear (helmets)

5. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from personal medical conditions               undisclosed to us.

6. You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify all terms and conditions, privacy policy and refund policy as well as cancel tours for safety, weather, or logistical reasons.
